However, you should post those hours and also if you're going to close off the drive-thru at a certain time, do not let your drive-thru get so backed up that people have already been sitting there waiting for 15 minutes and are just now finding out they're not going to get service. They just wasted 15 minutes when they could have gone somewhere else
