Just heard ICE in Minnesota was blocked from going to McDonald's so this weekend 121 of us on social media in Clayton & Fayette County will never go to your McDonald's ever again.

Horrible customer service my order had to be remade 3 times before they got it correct & the manager was rude told me I should’ve kept my first order because it was made right which it wasn’t but who says that or at least out loud to a customer corporate needs to fire them all and start over all of them have attitudes. This is what a steak bagel with extra onions & sauce they think is supposed to look like keep in mind I paid for the extra things on my sandwich

Today 01/18/26 at 10:11 I had went to this McDonald’s to order food . Waited at the speaker and wasn’t treated . So I had drove to the window and an employee was eating a caramel ice cream and said “oh you want to order . I said yes two double cheese only ketchup . Once I had received my food the buns were prestaged “ basically hard “ I politely said I want a refund . The employee said MS BROOKLYN WAS UNSURE IF THAT HERE NAME . She said she not going to do a refund . I said can you call the gm because the manager for night shift said she is not authorized to do so . Only ms e if that’s her real name . I have the whole conversation voice recorded . I didn’t receive a refund. But this was very unprofessional. Employee not in dress code , having bracelets on and the list goes own . I understand it was just 4 dollars . But this is a place and business. Please fix it and do better .
