The ice cream cone I got was falling apart already and barely covered w chocolate. I asked for another and I was told "well the ice cream isn't set. It's early in the day so it's going to be soft ice cream" sounds lazy and like someone needs to show up 10 minutes before opening 🤧

I was told over the speaker, “we close at 9:30” … just say you’re lazy. Who ever is managing and closing the store, the store closes at 10. Closing duties come after 10. Stop refusing customers and lying so you can start closing duties and go home sooner. It’s ridiculous. Stay true to the closing time on your business schedule or change it. I’m so tired of lazy closing staff deciding they can close a store whenever they feel like it and inconvenience customers. The owners need to fire this staff. SMH

- MMMart MDec 2, 20251.0We’ve been customers of this DQ for over 5 years, and the service at this particular location has been the worst of any Dairy Queen we’ve been to. I shared my experience with 5 or 6 of my neighbors and we all agreed it is unacceptable. Employees aren’t responsible and don’t seem to care about customers, and it shows in most visits. If you are the owner: You may want to get in contact with one of us — I would welcome discuss this and I'm sure we would all be happy see improvements to our local DQ.
