My app doesn’t account for my child’s birthday but mine so that was disappointing. Meanwhile my child’s picture hangs on their wall pretending to be a friendly environment for kids. So my child is supposed to have the app??? Sad.

The manager should teach the employees not to talk about customers or call them out their names. The employees didn’t know that my family member was on the inside of the store after I left. She called me and I heard them call me out my name and talk very disrespectful about me. I hope the owner teaches his employees how to treat customers.

I asked for a new cone, they took it then came back and told me that’s just how it taste. So I asked for a refund on just the cone and I was told no because I used Apple Pay. i didn’t ask for the entire order to be refunded. I don’t understand why I couldn’t get cash considering the transaction had already gone through. So the end result was basically oh well.. I will never go to this location again.

I have to drive 20 minutes away now for THE only ice cream I do eat because I will not be wasting my money in here again. And I spend at least $25 each time on donuts and ice cream. Never again....sir or madam please do something about this or you're going to loose more customers! 2.9 rating and I don't see anyone trying to fix it!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
