  Honestly this dunkin is better than the ones in Tucson Az great customer service went in for a Dozen and a box of joe this was back in november.

  I was excited to try the new Dunkin zero energy! I ordered the blushpop. Of course I don’t expect the drink to look exactly as it does in the advertisements. This was ridiculous though, it looks completely unappetizing and I definitely won’t be going back. Apart from this the drink is really really sweet which I don’t prefer.

  I had a really frustrating experience at this Dunkin’. The music inside was so loud it honestly felt like being at a rave. It was difficult to even think straight, let alone relax or sit and enjoy anything. The seating area also wasn’t very comfortable. I tried to order a simple milk for my child and the staff said they had never heard of that request before. After explaining that I just wanted a cup of milk for my kid, they ended up giving me a huge 32-ounce cup of milk with ice in it, which was not what I meant at all. I also asked if they had any kind of tea latte since I’m trying to limit caffeine, and they said they had never heard of that either and that they only serve coffee. The overall interaction made it seem like the staff wasn’t very familiar with basic menu items or drink requests. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling like my order might not be handled correctly because there was so much confusion over simple things.
