  Ashley the manager had us pull back through the drive thru after they made a mistake on our order. Food would’ve been great but because we had to pull through 3x’s the food we received first was cold. Ashley could’ve simply rang the food in and had us pull forward. Ashley should learn to put guests first. Jaden tried to assist us after the drive through team made a mistake, he was doing a good job recovering Ashley however failed her staff and her guests

  I got the French dip. It was plentiful. Bread was not to thick. The flavor was good. The staff weren't real friendly.

  Definitely the best customer service of any Arby's I've been too. When I walked in was immediately greeted by multiple people. Heather rang me up and she was very personable and pleasant

  Very nice staff tonight remade my sandwich with no hesitation or complaints and it came out fresh exactly how I asked with it being so close to closing it was exceptional service
