It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Waited over 40 minutes for my order, which is excessive for a quick-service restaurant. The food was lukewarm, my order was incorrect, and the overall quality and taste were below standard. While some staff members were personable and polite, the overall experience was disappointing.

I was going to give a lower review because they got my order entirely wrong, but the next day I went in and told them about it. They were SO kind and had excellent customer service. They really cared and wanted to make sure they were able to correct it so it didn't happen again and I was amazed my their efforts to make it right. Will totally go back again! 😊

Lines were long and slow at the drive through. The CS kept going to the same drive-up window to take orders skipping the other lane several times which is what contributed to the long wait.

I had a very frustrating experience at the drive-thru last night. I waited approximately 32 minutes to receive my order, even though there was only one car in front of me and the location did not appear busy at all.
To make matters worse, when I finally received my food, the order was completely incorrect. My receipt clearly showed what I had ordered, but the items in my bag were the exact opposite. This level of inaccuracy after such a long wait is extremely disappointing.

Slowest drive thru anywhere. Ordered onsite for drive thru to pick up at 110-115. At 110 I am in not a very long line since they have two. At 145 I finally get my burger and now it is barely warm.
Worst Whataburger I have ever been to.
