  I absolutely love Pizza Hut and have been a loyal customer for years!! Since my rent move by this location I have YET to receive a delivery order. As of today this is the THIRD time that a DoorDash driver has ran off with my food because this location can not/ will not hire their own delivery drivers . I have had to come and have the team remake my order but today no more. I am done. I will never order from another Pizza Hut I simply do not want to conduct anymore business with an establishment that fails to correct its errors. Simply hire someone from within. Nobody has the time and money to keep wasting as I am out of patience after waiting 35 mins for absolutely nothing… Thanks again. Fool me once fool me twice but really screwed yourself this time.

  Only positive experiences: placing online order, delivery (via DoorDash). Called restaurant because "hand tossed" pizza was tin crust. Told to hold on, hung up on... I called back and was asked what would I want- I explained: I just had a baby a week ago and cannot leave the house so I requested either a refund or the pizza to be remade as I cannot go into the store. Asked for my name and told the pizza would be remade then line was disconnected- no request for phone number, address or anything...

  I will never order this Pizza Hut location on Senoia rd cheese pizza was horrible old and raw no taste i lost my appetite and I have stomach aches never again I feel like throw up 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

  Horrible location and lack professionalism. They have young workers in this location who don't want to work and lack customer service skills. They deliberately leave paid for ingredients off the pizza multiple times no matter if it's walk ins or delivery. They never answer the phones ever. Whoever is the manager over this establishment, they need to revamp this location fast before corporate is called.
