  Extremely slow. Was told to park to wait for cookies and had to go inside only to be told that they were not placed in to be cooked yet. When received, this is what I got. Highly unacceptable but I had already wasted so much time on this batch that I gave up on trying to get better service.

  The hispanic shift lead that was working on 04/01 during night shift is very unprofessional. Im not sure of how she got the job but she does not have customer service skill or know how to do her job accurately. My order did not have all items and when i traveled back to get those items, i was met with her attitude vs an apology for my inconvenience of their mistake. With her attitude, she definitely need to be working with the kids because she carries herself just like one not like an adult who is in the customer service business. This location doesnt have to worry about getting my money again. I just need my refund for their negligence of the $30 order i placed!

  Pretty clean food burgers were hot we asked for no mustard think they put some on it then just tried to scrape it off instead of using a new bun cause I could taste mustard and see a little bit on the side fries were just warm but the area seemed to be clean and bathrooms You use the self order here

  I got a big arch burger from McDonald’s, and while heft finished with the burger i saw it was still red, if i get sick i’m suing the restaurant, because i never had this problem before, don’t come here ever again.

  It takes 10 minutes for a coffee every morning. Ridiculous. You are better off going through the drive through. Please improve your service inside. It should not take 10 minutes for you to prepare a medium coffee while mother rest of my order gets cold waiting
