I am leaving me review to formally report a highly disappointing experience I had at your subway location on September 3, 2025. The conduct of the staff, particularly the manager, was unprofessional, rude, and unacceptable. Upon placing my order, I attempted to use a coupon that I had. The manager responded very abruptly and became extremely short and dismissive when I mentioned the coupon. He listed only three sandwiches that could be used with the coupon, which was inaccurate as I have experienced at other Subway locations where the coupon was valid for any sandwich. After fixing my sandwich, he placed three pieces of meat on a large, thick hoagie bun. I explained that I did not want the sandwich because of his rude , very little food on the sandwich and disrespectful attitude. Despite my decision, he insisted I purchase the sandwich after I told him I will take my business elsewhere and told me, "Don’t ever come back to this store again," which I found to be both unprofessional and hostile. His behavior was dismissive, nasty, and completely lacked the courtesy expected in customer service. This experience has left me very dissatisfied and disappointed with your brand’s customer care standards. Customer respect and professionalism should be a priority, and I trust anybody who cares about customer service where you giving them your money 💴 and this manager cares about nothing please don’t give this location your money. They don’t deserve your business!
