I went back to the counter to explain the mistake, but no one wanted to help me or even ask what I needed. I was literally ignored. It wasn’t until another customer arrived to complain that his pizza was also wrong that I finally got a chance to explain my issue. Even then, I was asked to wait an additional hour, while I was there with my 2-year-old child who was very hungry. Mistakes can happen, that’s understandable. But the lack of customer service and basic attention made the situation much worse. If the customer service were better, everyone would have had a much better experience.

I only found out after opening my front door to take the trash out. When I called the store to speak with a manager, the only concern expressed was whether the food was damaged, not the failure to follow delivery instructions or the lack of basic courtesy and communication. That response made the situation feel even more dismissive. This was extremely disappointing and reflects very poor customer service. I will not be ordering from this location again unless this is properly addressed. Guests deserve better.

Tell you some bullshit that they can’t make your order. If you are hungry, look for something else better than waiting for 1 or 2 hour and you will not receive nothing.
