- JJJust Justice3 days ago1.0I came in on 11/21/25 at 6:25 pm and was told by a staff member while laughing they were out of everything. Picco, guacamole , cheese , chicken and steak. I inquired did they have queso and he said no and they all bust out laughing saying just kidding. They were happy to see the line of customers walk out .The staff was extremely unprofessional and had me waiting over 20 minutes and did not check up on me . They were inconsiderate by laughing and holding personal conversations. I had a hard day and just wanted to get a meal and was met with this energy it truly disappointed me . I even inquired how long on steak and was met with it takes the same time as carne asada .

Upon arrival, I was informed that orders were only accepted online, which I complied with by placing an order for two bowls. However, I noticed that one of the bowls included numerous side items that I had explicitly wanted omitted. When I arrived to pick up my order, I checked the bag and discovered that none of my requested side items were included; instead, all the side items had been added to the bowl itself. I addressed this issue with the staff, expressing my concern and requesting a correction. The employee stated he would get his manager, describing her as the one with red dreadlocks, yet she provided no name. When the manager arrived at the window, I explained my situation, but she simply walked away without addressing my concerns, which I found to be quite unprofessional. I then entered the store, but the staff continued to exhibit the same dismissive attitude, despite the store being open for orders. Ultimately, I chose to leave without my food. It is incredibly frustrating to simply expect my order to be correct, as anyone would. The behavior displayed by the manager and some of the staff is decidedly unprofessional. If they are dissatisfied with their positions, they ought to seek employment elsewhere.

I was turned away upon entering because the POS system shut down or something and that they can’t take any orders until it’s fixed. Yet , I noticed they gave out takeout / DoorDash bag orders. I asked if I can place orders online for takeout. Some lady there said no which made no sense. Lady needs to be fired is she don’t want to work as she seems very annoyed…,

Always out of fajitas and gets an attitude when you ask to get it from the other side for online orders. They let me walk out instead of getting ingredients from the other side . New management please .
