- MMMelissaMar 19, 20261.0I am done with this location. I order my iced coffee the same way every single time with either myself or my husband picking up the coffee. This is the 4th time within one week that my coffee has been absolutely terrible. This time when I approached the drive thru window, I saw that the coffee was absolutely too light and asked if it had been made with only coffee milk and the butter pecan syrup, and NO cream. She asked did I want both the coffee milk and cream and I replied no, that’s why I’m asking because it looks too light. She proceeds to tell me that it’s made in a cup then poured over ice (I don’t understand what that had to do with anything) instead of offering to remake it. I tasted the coffee and it was awful and I just purchased a hot coffee on the side to try to fix it myself and of course I didn’t get my receipt.
