  Hey y’all, I just had the worst experience here it started off good. The boy in the front was very nice and respectful did my drink and I didn’t like it so I was asking for a remake in the Indian lady came up and took the drink out of his hand and demanded that I pay extra for a new drink now she wasn’t being nice. She didn’t say hey or explain annythu and then she kept telling him no refund no refund and I never wanted a refund. I also bought munchkins and a hash brown and another drink for somebody else. I just felt very disrespected and uncomfortable and I asked her say how your day going and what’s wrong and she never said anything to me but no refund

  Place an order at the drive-thru tried to get it corrected on the screen when it showed up as wrong and even though the item was on the menu I get to the drive-thru window and they tell me it's not on the menu and can't correct my order

  3/8 at 6:20am. Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru behind 3 cars for a mobile order. Employees moving around at a snails pace, no sense of urgency or respect for other people’s time.
