  This store left off my drink said they would have it delivered back out and didn't. I tried to get the drink on my next delivery and the manager refused saying he didn’t have a note from the manager to do that. Customer service is dead. I actually order from them at least 3 times quarterly average $25 orders

  Horrible delivery experience. Ordered around 630p with an expected arrival of 720p to 747p. 10 minutes before arrival after item having left the store, tracking says that arrival will now be approx 830p. Shortly after this, tracking says it's been delivered. Items were not delivered at this time. I called the store 15 minutes later and was immediately placed in hold. After being on hold 12 minutes, someone else from my house called, was answered and able to explain the issue while I'm still on hold. The person on the phone said the same things about too many orders, not enough drivers but she knows the driver who has our order and she'll call him. Food should arrive in 10 minutes which it did, 2 hrs after the initial order. I was STILL on hold and stayed on hold for 25 minutes with no answer. The food was cold, did not appear to be fully cooked (tasted fine) and I did not get the ranch cups that I paid for. Fully disappointing experience. I will not be back.

  I’m writing to report a very concerning experience I had at your restaurant today. When I opened my pizza, and unfortunately after taking my first bite, I discovered what appeared to be a large foreign contaminant on one of the slices (a gray, fuzzy clump attached to the toppings). I have attached a photo for reference. What made the situation more concerning was that the general manager, Marcus, was present when I brought it to their attention, and the issue was not handled in a professional or apologetic manner. To be more specific, when I asked Marcus if he could look at toppings placed on pizza before placing in he oven in my requested remake of order he stated "I'm not going to do that". Which led me to promptly asking for money back. There was no clear acknowledgment of the seriousness of the food safety concern. Finding something like this in food is extremely alarming, and the response from management did not reflect appropriate concern for customer safety or satisfaction. I would appreciate this being reviewed by corporate or upper management. Please let me know how this issue will be addressed.

  This driver stopped and drove off with my food. It took almost two hours for the delivery to begin with and then you drive off!!! So unprofessional and disrespectful. Then, I call to inquire and they hang up on me. I called back and then they say she’s on the way because she had the incorrect order.

  This evening 3/9/26 I have been a regular customer of this Domino’s location and typically order several times per month. Recently I placed an Uber Eats order shortly after midnight. I never called the store, but an employee from the store called my phone and reprimanded me for “calling” and for ordering at 12:00. The employee then hung up on me. When I called back to understand what was going on, the phone was answered and immediately hung up again before I could even speak. If the store was closed or unable to fulfill the order, a simple and respectful explanation would have been completely fine. Instead, the interaction was unprovoked and very unprofessional. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider ordering from this location again
