    The manager on schedule today is terrible. She was having a conversation with staff about breaks and what they shouldn’t be doing in the dining area in front of customers. Very unprofessional. In addition to that, I ask the young lady serving the line how long does the sofritas take to make because the pan look dried and old. She then asked the manager as politely as I asked her, who in turn responded ‘as long as it takes to cook.’ As a customer who is willing to wait depending on the time, that’s not the response you give. She either needs to pull it together or step off the floor when she is having a bad day.

    I visited on yesterday, no complaints. Nothing to shout about, but no complaints. Today, the young lady finished up with another customer & just came & stood as if she was waiting on ME to greet HER or take her order. When I saw she was still just standing there, I asked if she was ready, she said yes. As I began to give her my order she kept saying hugh, hugh as if she couldn't hear. She did this every time I told her to add something annoying (just thought about it, she did the previous customer the same way, perhaps she had airpods in her ears). As she proceeded to add my toppings, she was just tossing stuff all over the place, I said in a calm voice wow that is a messy taco, it's going to be difficult to eat, she said oh & kept applying with nowhere to put the toppings. I had to stop her & say can u put the cheese & sour cream in a cup, not sure if she heard me because she proceeded to put the cheese on the tacos & seal the container & went on to the next customer. I said, I asked for sour cream in a cup, which you can tell by the picture she gave it to me, but something was added in with it. Im not sure who all are hiring & training these young people to work here, but clearly they are mimicking people from the top positions who do not show them how Great Customer Service looks & that customers are the ones who keep them in business. It's just sad for this to be a newer restaurant in this area & after the 1st week of opening it has went downhill. Although they have had hardshell tacos the past couple of visits, today she had to grab them from the back. The drink & dining area needed cleaning, the food was low & they needed to refill the forks, napkins etc. Do better @Chipotle.com I reached out to Chipotle directly via the feedback feedback & pepper chat & it didn't seem to submit my complaint so here I am with Google, the reliable source. I would suggest that they wear name tags as well. Not busy, someone should be cleaning.

    I visited this location around 2:25 PM and was informed that steak was not currently available. When I asked about wait time, the cook advised approximately 15 minutes, so I chose to wait. During this time, I observed that chicken was already prepared on the grill and was removed. The employee then spent additional time chopping the chicken and engaging in conversation with coworkers while I was visibly waiting at the counter. At one point, I overheard comments made in reference to my wait. Approximately 9 minutes later, steak was placed on the grill. However, after it was cooked, there did not appear to be any urgency in preparing it. The steak was not promptly chopped or moved toward completing the order, and other tasks were prioritized instead while I continued waiting. Overall, the experience reflected a lack of urgency and customer awareness despite there being a clear waiting customer. I believe this level of service falls below expected standards and impacts the customer experience negatively. I am requesting that this location review staff conduct and service procedures to ensure customers waiting for items are handled with appropriate professionalism and timeliness. And to add on they lied about not having the cilantro lime sauce

    I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. I placed a mobile order through the app for a chicken al pastor quesadilla with three toppings and arrived just six minutes after my scheduled pickup time (4:30 PM). There was no line in the Chipotlane, which I appreciated, especially during what is typically a busy time in this area. When arrived home and opened my order, I discovered that I was given a bowl instead of a quesadilla. It was simply a bowl with chicken al pastor and the toppings I selected, far from what I ordered. Unfortunately, I was unable to return to the store to have it corrected. This isn’t an isolated issue. I’ve experienced repeated problems at this location, including slow service due to understaffing, menu items being unavailable without prior notice (only finding out after arriving), and inconsistent food preparation. I practice patience when visiting this location because it is new to the area, and I am sure that management is learning and working out the "kinks", but the lack of quality control and accuracy with orders is becoming frustrating to someone who actually enjoys Chipotle and supporting local franchises. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works toward improving both service efficiency and order accuracy.

    Disappointed we don't have many restaurants here but to pay and the food isn't hot, to salty no lettuce, binds nearly empty lets do better. Gas prices or not i will drive out of the neighborhood. Please lets show up for the community.
