  Coming here is such a hit and miss. Today unfortunately was a big miss. I ordered the big arch meal and the burger was thrown together with excess sauce and the two patties were under cooked. So spending what I did on it was not worth it. It’s a shame that whoever made the burger literally didn’t care. Definitely need a refund!

  The coke and nuggets tasted a little weird, but Janetta, she is the best person to ever work at a McDonald's, hands down. She kept busy and was VERY pleasant! I wish every McDonald's could have a Janetta!

  One of the worst McDonald’s to be in such a predominant area. Ordered a CURBSIDE pick up order, where I was prompted to put in the number of the curbside pickup spot. I got there and parked in the spot before I even placed my order. I placed my order at 9:44 pm. After 15 minutes, I went through the drive thru, sat there for 2 minutes before someone decided to finally answer, told them about my issue, they said they couldn’t even find my order but the money was taken out of my account, but my order was processed as complete on the app. Get to the drive thru and they still can’t find my order, 5 minutes later they realized it was marked for inside pickup. Now my fries are soggy and cold and disgusting. DO BETTER.

  5 stars for Heaven (I think that’s her name, according to her co-worker) Her customer service is amazing. Otherwise, I don’t even know what to rate this location. Most employees here don’t greet you. This place has gone downhill over the past year. It was much better 3-4 years ago. The food was always fresh then. Even the fries were filled to the top. Now they’ll be filled about half way. Service was quicker. The dine-in area was more clean. I’m actually in shock at how it’s gotten to this point.

  The store was dirty, it took the attendant several attempts to enter my order, my order came out all wrong. My fish sandwich had cheese even after he and the manager read back to me NO cheese. My fries were cold, limp, and greasy - so greasy ans soggy they put a hole in the fry bag and it wasn’t event filled up to the top which lets me know the litter all scraped the last few greasy fries into my bag. My husband ordered unsweetened tea, he got sweet tea. How hard is this!!? Shameful they place and make the same orders every day and can’t get it right. Oh and the entire store was filthy from the front door, to the bathrooms, to the tables and floors. I should’ve know when I walked in not to order from them! So disappointed as I’m on the freeway in my king drive home.
