  1 star to emphasize the food quality. Ordered online and picked up the food. Everything seemed fine at first. Once I got home, it seems like this location is still purposefully trying to fail. There was hardly any meat in any of the sandwiches. This was only my second visit, and it will now be my last. I thought that with new staff, things would improve. The last time, they didn’t have the meat for the sandwiches I wanted. This time, they had the meat but barely put any in the sandwiches. I won’t be coming back. I’m sticking with Jimmy John’s.

  This is probably the worst sub shop in the area! We wait a couple months and try it again a few times but I think after this meatless Philly Cheesesteak with old dry bread we are done. It’s close but I’d rather drive much further to find a sub shop that makes good subs.

  While I was checking out, my 2-year-old started asking for water. I was buying a footlong sandwich and asked the lady for a water cup. She told me they were out of water cups, so I asked if we could use one of the regular cups for water. She said that would cost $2.79—just to use a regular cup for WATER—while my daughter was standing there crying and asking for water. Completely unacceptable

  The new staff has really turned this store around. Miss Taylor and Miss Hollie showed outstanding customer service and made the whole experience complete. Exceptional service and top-quality food. Everything from the freshness of the ingredients to the flavor was outstanding. Highly recommend this Subway location.
