- KKKashaela3 days ago4.0Idk if Heaven is still there but she just crossed my mind. I went in January and she gave me the best customer service I've ever had at a subway. Making sandwiches everyday can be monotonous but not with her. I asked questions about meats n deals n she was all ears, honest, helpful, and gave great suggestions. She was patient with me and yet thanked me for being patient with her. What a doll 😊

I asked for my sub to fixed certain way,which is the way I like it. The Indian man was very rude and responded it will taste the same. I don't recall asking if it would taste the same. I didn't ask for anything extravagant. I made this post because of the awful customer service and I noticed he didn't treat anyone elst this way. I recommend going to another Subway where your business appreciated. Avoid this one at all cost. The Indian guy is rude and needs to learn customer service skills. Needless to say I will not be returning and I will not change my post,he did change his attitude. To add insult to injury the sandwich was nasty,but it isn't at the other subways.
