I called and finally Got someone on the phone who said we have been slammed since 2:30pm. Umm what does that have to do with my preorder? She stated they would just refund my Money. No, I would like my pizzas and I have someone at your store to pick up my Pizzas as delivery is no longer needed. They assured me that my order was next and would be 15 minutes. I said they would Wait for them. Over an hour later still no Pizzas but everyone walking through the door and ordering were getting their pizzas. My PREORDER was for 5:30 PM, my pizzas were at my house from being picked up over 2 hours later. Why do they even offer preorder?
