  SORRY ABOUT THE RANT..... I took the kids out today 3,5,9 and 14, my husband and my mother. They wanted to go to McDonalds because it is the only one with a playplace and everywhere we tried to go for lunch today had a 1h+ long wait. One of the children is special needs and does not do well with waiting. I placed my order at 12:49... waited... waited... waited and at 1:20 went up to the counter. A young man looked at my receipt and walked away. 10 more minutes pass. I walk up to the counter again.. 2 people looked at me and chose to ignore me standing there, including the manager. I slapped my hand on the takeout counter to get anyones attention. And asked when we would be getting our food(my tone said it all), at this point it was over 30min and our little one was starting to loose it. She kept walking up to random people trying to take their food not understanding why she hasnt gotten hers yet and just kept screaming "sharing". She then threw herself on the floor and continued to scream. At 1:39 our food finally appeared at the counter.. and no drinks.. to say I was livid at this point is an understatement. They cleared our order off the timer and printed the recepit but no one was working on our order. Another customer in the lobby said I made an ass of myself and called me a Karen. I dont think I was unreasonable given the circumstances. I will never go back to the McDonalds 4264 Washington road Evans, Ga. Poor service! All they had to say for themselves is that they were short.....then put up a sign, say sorry and mean it. Snotty employees because I was upset for waiting so long. Any parent with small children and special needs could tell you. When your kids get anxious, it make you anxious too. #mcdonalds NEVER AGAIN.

  Hot food, excellent and friend service. Well worth the fifteen bucks for 2 yummy meals. It's Micky D's doing what it does best!

  I always enjoy this location. My kids love the playground area. Nikeria is amazing! Always has a smile on her face and willing to help with anything needed. The customer service here is great.

  We were greeted as we walked in. Manager on duty listened to a concern i had with my last visit. She was AWESOME.. Her name was ANNIJYA. She listened and and compensated me for the bad experience. ANNIJYA you are amazing, continue to do what you do. Again, Thank You....

  Food was good. Had to wipe down our own table. Granted they were busy, but none of the tables were clean.
