This place is stylish and the food is amazing! I wanted to try something different and may have gained a new addiction. To my surprise, the food is remarkably FRESH and high quality. It definitely a place worthy of returning and bringing a friend, or two, to enjoy the indoor or outdoor atmosphere. George is an awesome manager and takes his time making sure you are satisfied and informed about the process of building your bowl; all of the other workers are pleasant as well and that goes miles in, and of, itself!

The protein being measured? Fine, that’s expected.
But being stingy with tomatoes, lettuce, hummus or broccoli is next-level cheap. That’s not smart cost control, that’s bad management. Veggies are the cheapest part of the bowl, and they’re still serving them like they’re gold 😂
Cava in general is great — this location? Really bad management for now.

Service here was questionable… I came with my boyfriend and ordered wanting their garlic sauce which they proceeded to tell me they told me they were out of, I just paid without a sauce, then my boyfriend got his bowl and asked for the same sauce, they went to the back to get more sauce. So I asked them if I could have a cup for the $18 bowl I just paid for and 2 workers snapped to tell me that they didn’t have any, and the other worker had to tell them that it was sitting right in front of their face. Then the lady said she still had to charge me for the sauce. This was my third time here though, and I still enjoyed the food but their service and portion sizes could be better for the price of the food.

I went to this location during lunch the week they opened. I’ve been a CAVA regular for years; I’ve visited CAVAs in several different cities/states. I never experienced a single CAVA be stingy with toppings. Like ‘doing a half scoop and still dumping some out’ level stingy. On every. Single. Topping. They looked shocked that I asked for more than 2 things. It was very clear that the team they hired was trained to give very minimal potions; they’re just following their training & instructions.
On top of that, when I took a bite, the corn was so cold, it was essentially half-frozen…something I didn’t realize until I was home. That was a surprise I didn’t enjoy.
I hope they’re doing better now, but it was a really bad first impression for a restaurant I was really looking forward to opening up in the area.

I absolutely love Cava, I ate it all the time while living in Atlanta...so you can imagine my excitement once I learned one was coming to Evans!! IFinally got to go the other night and I must say I highly saddened that my experience didn't go the way I had planned. I didn't mind waiting in the line because I knew it would be worth it in the end .. but whewwww, the guy cooking the chicken kept coughing, wiping his sweat on his pants he didn't have on gloves ...anyhow I ordered 3 bowls I have never seen such small portions of rice ever! I had to ask the guy to please put more ..the chicken portions were VERY little and when I asked the server about it she said she had been getting yelled at by her manager all day for putting too much food so now she's giving toddler size portions...you get 3 dips and there barely was any in our bowls I've never experienced this with Cava... I left very hurt if the portions are gonna be that small....change the prices. My daughter and I are going to go back again because we hope it gets better and we really like Cava
