    Hours say they open at 10. I arrived at 10:15 and the doors were locked and no one answered the drive thru. Despite driving around and seeing people inside no one would respond or open the doors. Poor customer service

    Very rude and unprofessional staff, upset at me that their ordering system didnt notify them of my mobile order until and I quote the lady working "37 seconds ago so you'll just have to wait". I totally expect to wait but its unnecessary to speak to a customer that way. Then was asked to pull all the way down to the end of the side walk while waiting at the drivethru for my order with absolutely no one else in the drivethru or even the lobby for that matter. I took 15 minutes to prepare one simple combo

    We stopped in while out running errands and this location was clean, the staff was very kind and friendly, and the food was fresh and hot. We will be back.

    I asked for a military or senior discount and was told that the management does not allow either. I think the next time my body needs some food. I will be spending my money at places that allow discounts. Your employees does not say, " Thank you for your service". Gene, a 30 year retired veteran, at 83 years old.
