  My first experience was not the best. The food was good but portions were sparse. The server acted like their hand was going to break if they scoop a full amount of meat into my bowl. It's overpriced especially since Diablos and other establishments are around it. They charge for every single thing even rice which is the most inexpensive item. Also several of my Healthcare colleagues says there is a discrepancy of whats an extra charge in restaurant versus when ordering through the app.

  My wife and I usually enjoy Cava, especially when we’re traveling, but our experience today at the Evans, GA location was disappointing. When placing our order, the employee serving us gave noticeably small portions. When I politely asked if he could add a bit more, he told me I would have to pay extra. What made the situation more frustrating was that the customer behind me—a younger individual—was served significantly larger portions without any issue. This inconsistency in service felt unfair and concerning. Additionally, the store manager was nearby but did not step in or address the situation. As a veteran and a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and fairness. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling that we were not treated equally. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to ensure all customers receive consistent and respectful service.

  I think they bit off more than they can chew w this location… service and atmosphere is giving wild Wild West. The food decent though but they probably should have chosen a different location w more space? Or something idk how to describe it but I felt like they were gonna throw my food out the window at me 🤣 . You wanna eat it, catch it and gon!

  Try other Cava’s in other cities before this one. I’ve had Cava in New York, Columbia, and Atlanta & all their food tastes the same and are consistent in taste and portions. Every time I come here the Basalmic dressing never tastes the same. One day it’s super tangy and one day is it’s overly sweet. I used to love that sauce on top of my bowl. Will not be visiting this location again

  Food was great, but i have NEVER been to a place with such poor customer service in my life. Decided to try it for the first time today with one of my friends, and honestly it’s my first and last time going. From the moment we stepped into the front of the line we weren’t greeted, talked to, or even given a smile or friendly gesture. The workers were rude, direct, and had a condescending tone during the whole experience. Since it was my first time here I was a little unsure about how everything went and the process(it’s definitely different than chipotle or moes) The girl behind the counter was rude and seemed like she was in a hurry to get me and my friend out of there. I’ve been working in the food industry since I was 15. There is no excuse for this behavior.
