  If I could give this place zero stars, I WOULD! Ordered a footlong sandwich with a menu price of $10.19. Got charged $13.19. Employee wouldn’t fix it, saying, “I just work here.” Wasn’t worth fighting over $3, but it looks like they’re ok overcharging you. Pretty slimy practice.

  Gigi, that person really should learn to listen and not make fun of the customer. I ordered three subs two vegetarian and one turkey. Me and my mom are vegetarian, and I told her already. She got three breads, and one fell right in front of me onto chicken stock. I asked if she could use that bread for the turkey sandwich and make the vegetarian sandwich first, as I know she would use the same gloves. But she continued saying “what you want” in a rude tone. As I asked her again, she continued to hold the same bread and raised her voice saying “what you want.” I said it a little loud so she could hear. Finally, she put that aside and let the other two nice ladies, Zoey and Mac, take care of our sandwiches. They were nice about the order and apologized for the confusion. It was kind of them. But what made me write this was that she was laughing at us and mockingly saying “veggie patty,” as that was the first question I asked her, if they carry a veggie patty. I found that very unprofessional and rude, and childish, as her behavior wasn’t suitable for her age. Not only that, she was laughing as we were exiting the building. Very disrespectful, and the attitude towards the customer was unprofessional. Hope she will treat a guest well next time.

  All of the other employees were amazing, but unfortunately, Gidget completely ruined the experience. This was one of the worst customer service interactions I’ve ever had at Subway. She was rude to every single customer, showed constant attitude, and made the whole experience unpleasant. On top of that, I am vegetarian and specifically asked her to change her gloves after handling meat, which is standard Subway procedure and basic food safety. Instead of doing it professionally, she rolled her eyes and had an attitude about it — even though it’s her job to change gloves after every sandwich.
