- YPyash patelSep 29, 20251.0All of the other employees were amazing, but unfortunately, Gidget completely ruined the experience. This was one of the worst customer service interactions I’ve ever had at Subway. She was rude to every single customer, showed constant attitude, and made the whole experience unpleasant. On top of that, I am vegetarian and specifically asked her to change her gloves after handling meat, which is standard Subway procedure and basic food safety. Instead of doing it professionally, she rolled her eyes and had an attitude about it — even though it’s her job to change gloves after every sandwich.
