  Ellijay did not disappoint. Drive thru could have had a little more energy. Very quiet and sounded like she didn't want to be there.

  If you are pregnant, have children, or are concerned about your health DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I am so sad and disappointed. The employees vape on/around the food, especially night crew. It could be vapes as well as thc products, it would not surprise me. If I had know that this was happening before I ate there last, I wouldn’t have. I am pregnant and it really disgusts me that they would do this around their food. The employees have to be high because the orders are wrong half the time. Management is complacent with it, it would seem. I may never eat here again, please get corporate to fix this.

  April 18th 2026, Me and my family went to taco bell and it already started off as unprofessional establishment, Workers were slamming things around in a very angrily manner, which i overlooked the attitude. Then on receiving my order the 2 chicken quesadillas i ordered were raw and under temperature the paper was sticking to the food and it was un edible and the cheese wasn't even melted. I didn’t even get it corrected because the manager and crew were very hostile the whole 2 hours i was in lobby. Then a group of minors came in and the manger was very rude and he had which i believe it was his partner yelling at the customers in lobby along with himself screaming while children and families were eating as well, then he proceeded to push a minor and tried to fight a teenage boy, while being held back by the same female, with gloves on then said female went back and made food with the same gloves . But previous before this incident with the minors the manger on shift was allowing his workers to hit their vapes in/on camera while lobby was full, and was degrading a young girl that was working for doing her nightly task . which led to her having a panic attack. that environment tonight was very uncomfortable and let alone scary to be in .

  I never leave reviews unless I’m very disappointed in the service. The last 3 times I’ve been to this taco bell, I’ve gotten home and they have left out 1-2 items from my order each time. This is annoying in and of itself but then I’ve been met with an attitude by the employees when I’ve been extremely kind despite this happening to me multiple times now. This has definitely made me weary of returning due to both of these factors. Not only have I been left with an uncomfortable transaction because they made me feel it was an inconvenience for them to do their job even the first time around but then having to come back through and being met by the lady at the window who physically eye rolled when I pulled up to retrieve the items that they left out the first time around. Hopefully they make some changes and pay closer attention moving forward because I truly don’t see myself returning and I’m sure this isn’t an isolated experience I’ve had.
