  Heard they had a big turn around now that they have some kind of new management or something. or was it new owners maybe? Idk. But took a gamble and gave it a chance once again yesterday and I gotta admit, it was great. The crew they have now those people were super nice and answered all my questions and didn't make me feel dumb for not know what a 'wisconsin 6 cheese' was. They were quick an greeted me at the door. So yea. Much better than when I went in a few months ago and my pizza was missing a topping and and the sauce was about triple the amount it should have had on there. Also good god plz know that it took them foreverrrrrrr to even come say anything to me when I walked in last time but this time they were cool and on their feet. Hope they stay that way cuz I've been waiting all my life for a papa John's here in little ole Ellijay

  I'm gonna be really with you, As someone who used to be a control freak of a manager at a different major pizza chain for many years, I have crazy high expectations when it comes to pizza places. It's definitely a ME problem at this point for sure.......soooooo When I seen that new Papa John's sign up in town I was so excited, cuz it's my fave!!! I was just hoping it wasn't owned or operated by the Papa John's a few towns over because they are kind of a nightmare tbh. (Don't hate me, I didn't name drop-Just being honest) These were just my honest thoughts. I actually have zero idea if those same owners run this one here and idc really because they certainly surpassed my expectations when I came in. Place was clean, lady at the front counter was pleasant, they seemed to slap out their dough correctly (I know I know, it's a me problem-I have high standards in the pizza world SUE ME OK!!??) 😂 and place seemed to be running smoothly. No one forgot my drink, sauces,OR my peppers either. (That might sound petty to some- but when I pay for things I expect to receive them is all). Although, I did have to speak to the manager for a moment because my card didn't want to take, only to find out it was my card that was the problem, not their machine. She was so patient with me and handled my embarrassment rather well when I realized I didn't even have my card unlocked to be able to use!!! Sheesh. Mondays right? I ain't perfect y'all. Anyways, long story short place was a whole vibe. Everyone was super nice and warming and I will definitely be coming back!

  I order from this location every Friday. Never once had an issue, received bad service or the pizza was bad. Order thru the app every time and also never had an issues. The people posting negative are the type of people that seems never happen if you read their past reviews. Also most of the idiots having issues are using 3rd party delivery services. People if you’re going to lazy and are unhappy with the delivery or the food was “cold” that’s your problem. Stop being lazy and blaming others.

  My husband ordered a pizza through the app for delivery and we decided to pay cash for it which is our mistake for not getting smaller bills and we gave the driver the money to pay for our order but she did nothing to give us our change back and had no reader for us to pay the difference on card and no solution was offer; it was awkward and felt like we had to give our change to her since their were no other options. The pizza was hot and fresh and next time we will be doing pick up only really not happy being out 20 bucks and we also received no recipet either.

  $46.46 for a extra large pizza with one topping and two orders of breadsticks. Absolutely Ridiculous! Called the office to get a quote and they quoted me half that price but because this store decided not to honor sales they would not give us a sale price. Unfortunately my wife paid for it and picked it up and that was on us, but absolutely terrible customer service called them back to try to see if there was anything they could do to help us out because that amount of money for One extra large pizza and two orders of breadsticks is crazy! Love Papa John’s and in a small community like this management and staff needs to do better. They need to be more understanding and honor sales that the corporate office has.
