However, I DO expect the bare minimum which is to be greeted and asked how may I help you. These employees from leadership to hourly associates ignore you as if you don't exist. And when you have the audacity to bother them with a question they are dismissive. I've been in the food industry all my life so I know how to deliver great customer service and THIS WAS NOT IT!

The manager looked me straight in the eyes along with 4 other employees who were doing nothing. It was like no one wanted to work. The bathroom was extremely FILTHY. Something told me to go to Wendy’s. Let me warn you now. It’s a reason for that 2.8 rating they have 😡
