  I order 20 pieces chicken nuggets and they only gave me 14. Like what. The time wait so long even tho we order first. Slow people. Now I’m mad that they gave me four chick nuggets instead of 10

  The service was relatively quick. The worker at the drive thru was pleasant and wished us a Happy New Year's. The young man who served the meal was accommodating and pleasant.

  We had been since 11am driving through north georgia making stops before going back home from our road trip and had gotten off the crazy atlanta traffic not too long before. Finally were able to stop for a bathroom break at a mcdonalds. We saw they had a seasonal coffee drink and decided to order 2 peppermint mocha. I asked for a receipt since the kiosk didnt print one. Employee clearly had an attitude before talking to me. Was not friendly at all. The employee tried to give me the drinks but it looked different from what I ordered at the kiosk and I let her know. She brought out the manager who explained to me that thats what I had told them I ordered. I told him that I thought I had ordered what was shown in the picture and that I wanted that instead. They gave me what was made anyways and I was so tired and wasnt going to argue so I just took it and left. I rly wanted the peppermint drink with the whipped cream and chocolate drizzle but i felt like they didnt even bother to hear me out:(

  I order off door dash, a Mc chicken meal that comes with medium fries , mc chicken & a medium drink I order 2 the exact same way . I only got 1 of my sprites no sauce and I paid .35 for sauce . They are the worst when it comes to giving you all our food on door dash I will not be ordering from here again . Always the same bs . And no straws no napkins gotta do better Mc Donald’s . I will not and repeat I will not order from here again . I don’t recommend nobody going to this McDonalds nor order from door dash . They the worst .

  I placed a mobile order for a Quarter Pounder, and when I arrived to pick it up, I was told they were out of cheese. I was then asked to pull forward and wait, and after sitting in the drive-thru for about 20 minutes, I asked for ketchup when my food was brought out. The employee told me I had to come inside to get it. When I went in to ask for a receipt, I was told they couldn’t provide one because the order was placed through the app. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the service. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. I work overnight at a warehouse, and since this is one of the only places open during our late-night lunch break, it’s frustrating to constantly deal with poor service. I really hope this location improves, because it’s extremely disappointing.
