So I walked in and at the moment it was only 2 employees play young lady did ask me if I needed anything if I was picking up replacing I told her I would possibly placing an order she continues to finish prepping the order that she was on. How many cakes come in the lave cake order I was ignored and so I spoke louder with assertiveness and then was told by the gentleman it's 3 in a tone that wasn't rude but could come off due to the fact I am sure I startled him with my tone. I can tell you to look over the menu and then and then I said that I was ready but no one moved, I said that I was ready again and no one moves again so I said loud in the same time as before I want to order the cookie brownie & and I will pay for it once I come back in bc I was walking next door to Jersey Mike's for my lunch and I want it back to be my dessert. I make my way back to the establishment just for my order to be completely ignored and I didn't have time to wait an additional 3-10 mins when I stopped there 1st.

The phone was rude. Told me they were making it back over and they still took them an hour and a half for the pizza to get to me. Do not go to the store. Please do not go to the store.
