  I got a burger and it was burnt so bad it was CRISPY and HARD!!! I have never ever gotten a burger like this. It should have been thrown in the trash. The place wasn't even busy, because then it could have been a mistake. Maybe it was a new person and they messed up, I don't know but I am shocked and hungry. The fries were room temperature as well. Really disappointed because I am a Wendys fan. I just won't go back to that Wendy's.

  Ticket 3171, I was recently at Wendys. I had not been there in many months. I want to say that Tania at the window was very nice and courteous to me. My order was delivered correctly and tasted delicious. I just want to give Tania a shout out for her good service. Keep up the good work.

  I arrived at Wendy’s at 6:02 PM and got three happy meals and an eight dollar bag. It took over 30 minutes for them to get me the food. The staff was not friendly. They had me pull forward and wait. After the 30 minutes has passed one of the employees brought the food out and gave it to a different car. We then had to go in to sort out the confusion. Once I receive the food from the other car, the burger was an edible because it seems like it’s been sitting there for 30 minutes and the bread was extremely soggy. Both of my kids meals were ice cold. I’m not sure what they were waiting on, but it took an extremely long time. That was money, just down the drain.
