I picked a dipping sauce they were out of, and told them to just bring me my food. 20 mins later I get the happy meal but it is soggy because it was ready when they said it was done and it had been sitting in a boo bucket. I order a hot chocolate and the machine was being cleaned. Instead of removing it from the menu they just left it up and left me waiting. I called and had to ask for a refund because no one informed me the machine was being cleaned. I don’t expect much from McDonald’s, but this one was horrible.

They also get your order wrong almost every time. It is also a lot less busy then a city mcdonalds and they do a way better job in the city.

The wait after doing online order was a little long in my opinion. Worse issue for me was after waiting a while they came out to inform me that some of my order wasn't going to be served currently....after already waited a bit it was back to waiting for food I settled on to substitute items... So yeah it seems to always be confusion and a bit of chaos pretty regularly.
