I had to go back to this location twice and the order still was not prepared correctly. After an initial customer complaint you would think efforts would be made to correct mistake on second chance. But, nope, not Brian. I ended up asking for a refund because by me having to go back again and the burger looking exactly the same as the first one I took back, it was comical. Yes, I’m partially to blame for not checking again.

I was charged…for NOTHING! A week later I am still trying to get my money put back in my account, with no success. I live 9 hours away and they say I have to go to the store to get reimbursed! Don’t try to use your app at this location! In fact, maybe just don’t go there at all!!! And don’t waste your time with contacting corporate! They will make promises to fix the situation, promise to get right back to you and then just blow you off!
