    I needed coffee. The beverage was hot and tasty. Dunkin was my best choice (only) on my route. The service is much like all of Dunkin service. Great service in chain stores is not common . The service here was average. As at most walk-up counter places, the employees are more concerned with each other than the customer.

    I'm doing a low score because i arrived 30 minutes before closing, and they said they had already thrown everything away and closing up. They just had some coffee left. They also refused to take my order at the drive through even though they were speaking to me through it. So basically they close 30 minutes before closing so they can go home at closing. That's incredibly unprofessional to me. Maybe i'm old fashion, but i grew up on MLK teachings like "if all you can do is sweep streets then sweep streets like Mozart." If all you can do is dunkin donuts then dunk the donuts like Michael Jordan. I know these kinds of problems are everywhere. America is getting so soft and careless. I had to become an entrepreneur to be free to do a great job at my work and take pride in it.

    i went to drive thru and they were the friendliest people and they got my order right. they lady knew i was giving it to my work place. will come here again.

    Employees, rude disrespectful stood at counter for 15 minutes, waiting for somebody to take my order and all they did was keep walking by and looking at me talking amongst themselves receive no service will not stop here again.
