She didn't demonstrate ability needed for high foot traffic and multiple duties-which appeared to be front counter area. People stop here for the food. I've had conversations about the food with others who agree that the food is great! Poor customer service is ruin the best intentions of any business. Hope management will make the best change to accommodate the foot traffic. Don't watch your team member drown another offer any help.
