She took our order at the window we had two separate orders and we got the same meal. We finally get to the 2nd window and one meal was missing a fry we explained to them we needed our fry and they went back and forth with us for a while before the manager came to the window and printed off a receipt saying she couldnt give us the fry because thats not how it was rung up. The line behind us was pile up around the building all because they made an error and I couldnt get the full meal I asked for. It was their error I should have gotten the fry. Idc how small of the issue it is but to refuse to give me what I ordered because of an error yall made was crazy. Being in a mcdonalds line for over 15 minutes is insane.
