  They don’t have ice and their I’ce cream machine apparently don’t work the employees are rude and the food is either not all the way done or it’s just nasty

  When I lived in the area I decided to try the mcdonalds there. I only have gone through the drive through and found it quite typical in a good way. Foodwise, when I order at any mcdonalds I always get fries and at most they are not the best either undercooked or somehow way too crunchy and thin. BUT THIS PLACE ALWAYS HAD THE BEST FRIES ANY FAST FOOD GAVE ME. I would be willing to kick a puppy to get their fries again. I only remember one instance where it was close to room temp but still warm. I did not try any other foods but I was heavily tempted which is unusual for me but from others I heard that their other food items were good compared to most Mcdonalds. I highly recommend this place cause the food is great last time I was there. I will forever miss this mcdonalds as I moved. Anyways. The outside was the same as any other place and the service was typical too which was just fine. I would assume they work with low pay as most fast food places so I would not judge them if they had attitudes which I never experienced in drive throughs. They also very rarely forgot something.

  Today is 02/10/2026 , and I order a medium 10 PC nugget meal. Sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes before I got upset and walked in, just to find my food sitting on the counter and cold. I was requested to pull forward and the food would be brought to me, 4 customers came through drive through after me, and left before I did. Myself, and my family will not be coming to a restraunt that can't keep up with the pace, busy or not a 10 PC shouldn't take half an hour to make, this is suppose to be fast food, and I received the exact opposite.

  They never put condiments, I asked and paid for, in the bag. I always have to go back in there and ask several times. The last time I had to wait until my food got cold waiting for sauce. Then had some thuggish young girl talk to me like we were about to become YouTube stars.. if someone recorded. Cause I had taken all I could stand. Ever since Tom pezold sold it, it has went down. It can't get any lower. The entire place needs to be fired and start over. It would help if they hired people who can read and write. Burger King has way better service. Even though both places serve toxic nonfood!!
