  I recently visited a McDonald’s drive-thru and had a very disappointing experience. The employee assisting me was disrespectful and unprofessional in their attitude and communication. Customer service is extremely important, and this interaction did not meet basic expectations. I believe additional training in professionalism and customer interaction would be beneficial for the staff at this location. I hope this issue can be addressed so future customers have a better experience.

  I wish I could give NO stars....if you go to their drive thru after 11pm GOOD LUCK. The workers don't care about serving you, nor does the manager. They will have you waiting at the speaker until the end of time. I called corporate on them and how they did me. Will never give them my service.

  This establishment is located inside of Walmart. Believe it or not, they literally TURNED OFF THE LIGHTS while I was dining! I had to pack up and leave! I ordered a steak pita because they ran out of lamb. The older woman at the register was pleasant, and she also prepared my meal. She added a bit too much tzatziki sauce, and the lettuce was slightly yellowish and wilted. The packaging they proved was soiled with grease. A younger worker explained that was grease from their hands. She didn't offer to repackage my meal. Believe it or not, they literally TURNED OFF THE LIGHTS while I was dining! I had to pack up and leave! This could be a great place, but they will need to consider proper etiquette (eg NEVER turn the lights off on dining patrons! And never provide soiled packaging), better inventory control (eg a place selling gyros should NEVER run out of lamb, lettuce should ALWAYS be fresh), and more creative prep techniques (so food remains hot).

  Placed an order on the app for curbside and waited 30 mins, when I finally went in the cashier tells me the drink I ordered wasn’t available. I asked her was she or anyone planning on ever coming out and telling me and she had no response just a dumb look. This is the worst location. I couldn’t even get something for credit so that I could come back and get my drink another time. I was out of money, time, and my drink yesterday. Typical for this area.

  THE WORST LOCATION EVER!!! They messed up on OUR order when we paid through the mobile app. The statement on my bank literally shows that we paid for our meal & they still didn’t hand our food to us because “it didn’t go through the system”???? Worst location, horrible customer service, these employees here are super rude and disrespectful. What happened to human decency? Just know if I don’t get my money back it will be a problem, I hope this location can be fixed it’s a shame that in our own community we have to deal with unprofessionalism and rudeness. All I can say is I pray for those people in there, they need it bad.
