  If I pay my money I expect to get exactly what I paid for this is the second time I have came there and continously be missing a hash brown and this morning missing hash and she gave a sausage biscuit with cheese I gave the bag back and the receipt and she still gave me the same thing what if I was allergic to cheese 🧀 ,we need to pay close attention to the food and wear hairnets and mask Please Pay Attention to people's orders

  Came to this McDonald’s after a whole day of flying and it was the nearest one. Never coming here again, I rather just wait to another one. Bought two full meals, a Big Mac and two cheeseburgers that both came with large fries and when we asked for bbq and ketchup she gave us 2 bbqs which whatever I don’t eat it so it’s fine but when I ask for more ketchup in a very kind way, because she only gave 2 packets, the lady rolled her eyes and closed the window and when the manager or other worker told her we were still there she just opened the window and said with attitude that she can’t give more than that? Once we repeated our full order and why we are requesting for more she gave attitude and told us that it’s going to get back to us one day? All I asked was for more ketchup and she had to make me feel like I did the worst thing in the world and was very nasty about it. After a long day all I wanted was food not to be given attitude or treated poorly even if we did buy food there.

  Dude 0 everything. Tried to order online but says fries are unavailable to order currently. So I drove there and tried to get a 2 cheese burger meal and buy 2 additional meat patties. They said they dont sell them there . Quit taking the rest of the order. Didn't speak nothing 3 minutes of nothing. So I drove off. Stupid as hell . What the hell are you selling then if not burgers or fries?!?!?!?!?!

  She said her name was Destiny but I’m not sure if that is true. She was immensely rude and belligerent. She cut me off while I was trying to order and when I drove upon the window she continued to be rude. She refused to take my order and stated that they doesnt do two separate orders after 9pm, which does not reflect the website. I am extremely disgusted and disappointed by this East Point Virginia Ave location. I have came here for breakfast many days and have not received this form of incoherent, unorganized, and disrespectful service. We didn’t receive any of our meal because she was SO nasty to us. She even went as far as saying she did not care about our meal. She is not dedicated to the foundation of community at all.

  This was the worse McDonald’s I have ever been to. The service was horrible. I placed a mobile order through the app and the order clearly showed it was placed at this location. When I asked an employee if he could check on my order, he said it wasn’t there and just stared at me instead of trying to figure out what might have happened. I asked if there was a manager I could speak to. He went to find her and came back saying, “Tell her to wait, I am busy.” She then proceeded to say things like, “That’s not my problem, just give her the money back.” A moment later, I saw my order on the screen myself. I pointed it out to the employee, who told the manager, but she responded that she didn’t care and that they didn’t have the order. Throughout this entire situation, the manager never even had the decency to acknowledge me or speak to me directly. She was extremely rude and unpleasant. I honestly don’t understand how someone with that attitude is in a manager position. I’ve used the McDonald’s app many times before and have never had a problem like this. I asked the employee for the manager’s name and he told me it was Evie (although I’m not even sure if that is her real name). She was a big-built lady with her hair in a bun.
