  The new pan pizza was not in my experience worth the hype. I would have been better off taking the Pizza Hut $10 deal. The lady working in the 11AM hour was not customer friendly. She acted like she was doing me a favor to wait on me. She did not communicate effectively. I hate doing business at places that do not understand without customers your doors don't stay open. I suggest corporate keep this location on the radar. What I saw today was not good for the brand. Customer service training appears warranted.

  I encountered the most disgusting display of food handling, and an even even more disgusting display of leadership coming from the MOD Renee. Upon arrival I informed Renee I had just placed my order online, maybe 2 minutes prior, because I was already in the area shopping on 01/10/26 @ 6:30 or so. I informed her online didn't give thr options for special instructions, and I wanted by pizza prepped a specific way. After a nasty look, and nonchalant exchange of words, she reluctantly told the works. My order hadn't been paid for, and that was my first sign to leave. However I waited. Upon waiting I acknowledged that none of the workers handling the food had hairnets or gloves on. I observed the young man wipe his nose, and go right back to tossing pizza dough, another was drinking over the food, and I was appalled. I even took video, which i will be submitting with my corporate complaint. I asked to speak to thr manager Renee, and actually pulled her to thr side silently to address my concerns, and avoid causing chaos with the customers. She became aggressive, defensive, and extremely rude. Her tone echoed through the store, and she actually got loud with me. Told me they're not required to wear gloves, she just had an inspection, and I can go ahead and make my complaint to whoever, then walked away. I live in this area for over 20 years, and I've been ordering from this store since they opened. However with behavior like that, they will not get my business again, until some corrections are made.

  Wouldn’t take my QCC discount in store because they said we are only doing online orders. Didn’t want to acknowledge that I work for the company they didn’t care just said maybe you call the number to see what happens wow lol.
