I was sitting there just for her to acknowledge me to speak fast and state that basically they’re not taking our orders nor making orders until 4 AM to transition over to breakfast. It does not take 30 minutes to transition over to breakfast when y’all can transition over from breakfast to lunch within a second you drop things there’s no possible way it’s gonna take you 30 minutes and I placed an online order so they knew I was on the way already and she basically stated you can just cancel your order so you telling me y’all don’t have no fries Drop y’all just stop making food a whole 30 some minutes early when I say people really don’t work nowadays they really don’t work nowadays they get these late night shifts just to playoff like McDonald’s at this location really need to make some changes for real, especially when people pay their money and now I gotta go into an app to figure out how to cancel my order when y’all could’ve just said y’all was closed then on the app since you wanna act close when people pull up to the Mic through drive-through

I usually don't even do reviews buts its 4 in the morning...I get that you're tired but you don't have to be mean to other people who are on their way to work too. You don't know what people are going through.

When They Did Decide To Speak They Were So Rude. Saying “We Are Switching Over To Breakfasts Come Back @4:30a”. Which Was Almost A Hour Later.Then I Told Them I Had A Pick Up. They Told Me They Have Nothing To Give And To Cancel My Order. Which Was My Last And It Takes Up To 5 Business Days For A Refund. I’m Highly Upset And Annoyed.
