Asked for tap water and was told she couldn’t do that! And the service was exceptionally bad. Haven’t been frequenting Chipotle and this was probably the last time we try it. Used to be great but it’s worthless now.

The garbage was toppling over, cookware stacked high, and one employee dropped a top on the floor and put it back on the container and stored it away without washing it. I was about to walk out but already made my bowl when i noticed the state of the restaurant. I ate three bites of my food and gave up.

So I placed my order online and when I went in to get my food I watch the employees on their phone then they adjusted their clothing and put gloves on without washing hands.
