As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

They force you to talk to the computer generated system which seems TO ALWAYS & FAIL to produce the Large upgrade for .40 cents more. This time I was intentional about asking for 3 LARGE BIG Buford meals, was ask about the upgrade. When we got to the window the "chick" (trust me I am being tooo kind) was making Medium drinks. I mentioned I asked for Large she replied with an attitude it says Medium. I repeat I asked for & will pay for Large (I dont know why the only give you more ice in the drinks anyways 🤦🏽♀️ but the fries are worth it to us.) We go back & forth which is GOOFY, I asked for it & willing to pay, her job is to take care of the customers....whats the problem? There was a sidebar discussion inside & she returns with an even UGLIER ATTITUDE with an additional total for nearly $6.oo they decided to make all 4 meals Large although the ask was for 3 Large meals & the 4th was for 2 fo 6 deal...whatever TAKE THE MONEY & LET ME AND MY FAMILY LEAVE. TO BE THAT LOUD AND WRONG & CHARGE SOMEONE SHOULD BE CRIMINAL. I wasnt willing to make make family late for our event to prove a point I THAT DAY, but trust & believe on a day when I have time I CAN & WILL. This mess os ridiculous...

We went there after church to order brisket sandwiches, and even though our order was taken, we came to the window and was told there was no brisket anymore. We changed our order to glozilla, and it was just tasteless. The only reason this isn't a one star review is because of the friendly and courteous employees!😊
