- GTGwen Taylor3 days ago1.0This is the absolute slowest Chick-fil-a I have ever been too! They are definitely not using the drive thru properly! Only one cashier working outside during lunch and one runner. About 5 workers stood around talking while we waited 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich combo! They should train at the Dwarf House in Hapeville to see how to effectively use the drive thru!

She demonstrated excellent customer service, professionalism and she made sure to give me a compliment which made my day. I thought with the remodel that the work atmosphere and professionalism from the employees would change but I was wrong. I’m a local and I prefer to drive to the Hapeville location because they provide the True chic-fil-a experience. This location does not, it puts a bad reputation for what the brand stands for. Corporate needs to send someone out there to retrain. Because they are slow, unprofessional and very rude! I will not be back! Also the reviews that are claiming that this spot is wonderful are possibly bots and or of family members or friends of employees because they can’t be talking about the same location. Believe the poor reviews you see better yet go and experience it for yourself and put a real review up. Matter of fact go and experience the place and then you will believe what people are reporting is true.
