This time however I did my curbside order as per usual I waited 15 minutes for my food to come out no big deal my problem with this is the lady that handed me my food 1. forgot my drink I ordered a sweet tea so I pay an extra 10c upon it being a large 2. The fries in the bag were upside down so now they are in the bottom of the bag and not in there fry holder. 3. The lady didn’t even tell me have a good day or nothing she said here you go man and walked right back inside, and I work in customer service and I know how to deal with a rush of customers this lady however does not. 4. They gave me a medium fry when I ordered a large. I will no longer be coming on Mondays that’s for sure.

The problem is that they knew they were out of it and didn’t tell me when I ordered it. When I asked for the manager his attitude was get over ! Then he said 10 people before you didn’t get it either 🤦♀️ when you’re out of something you tell people! That gives them the chance to order something else . Poor attitude all the way around
