  My wife ordered food online and they gave her order away to someone else. It clearly had her name on the order and they did not verify that this was the person's they gave it to. Then they told my wife they would just cancel the order and she would have to purchase a new sub. This was not her fault and she shouldn't have to wait for a refund to come back to get card in 4 to 5 days neither should she have to pay for a new sub when hers was given away by the worker.

  It was great the employees was very polite and made sure you had what you wanted on your sandwich

  They have horrible manners their food has potential to taste good but the people working don't follow online orders and the managers leave the store to inexperienced workers and tell the workers don't call them if they have a problem also with the order came home everything from the online order was missing condiments and more This store needs to be investigated.
