  Really slow service. they are 24 hour open but why insufficient stuff? waiting here in order line. no one here. All of them working inside. Check the time 11:33 pm April 7. 2026. Take necessary step for being good at service

  Dont cheat your customers by forcefully adding RHMC donation in the charge without letting them know or without their consent. Not good. I dont mind donating but this is cheating. I am not coming here again.

  This McDonalds is a disaster. Every time I go something is wrong with my order. Today I got home and everything was wrong. Sure I could check my food before I leave but that’s not job. Just put what I asked for in the bag. I didn’t ask for anything complicated. I just ordered 2 sausage biscuits and pancakes. How do you mess that up?

  Weird experience last night. Me and my husband came through the drive thru and I ordered on the app and when we got to the intercom my husband decided he wanted something and placed a second order. After his order he was just saying remember we two orders in one car. The lady at the intercom the proceeds to say you still have to pay for your part. We are aware we have to pay for our food lol so that was crazy. We pull up to the first window and of course they are unaware of the second order so we have to ask to pay for it. After that we pull to the second window and we are forced to show the receipt because we have two orders. Idk it felt funny and I felt this behavior was displayed because my husband is a black man. Whole transaction was completely unprofessional. Why do the employees don’t know what is going on in the drive thru like is above me. We felt targeted and will not be back to this location.
