  We went there for dinner with family. Our waitress was super unfriendly with bad attitude. She seemed to be irritated and very unpleasant to deal with right from the start. A few of us ordered burgers but she didn't ask how we wanted it cooked so the meat ended up being over cooked and dry. I ordered my burger without a bun and asked for it to be served protein style wrapped in lettuce. She took my order, but when I got it, it wasn't wrapped, instead, there were a few shredded pieces of lettuce laying on top of the patty. I told the waitress that that is not how I ordered it, and her reply was is that they don't have unshreded lettuce. If she would informed me of that at the time of my order, I would have ordered something else. Later, as she was removing plates off the table, she dropped a knife on my boyfriends foot and didn't apologize just simply pretended like nothing happened. So rude.

  It was not what I expected. The waitress had an attitude. She had an unsettling perceiption as she approached our table. The experience was very disappointing.

  Been going to Marlows for 8+years. I live in Washington and NC. My favorite dish of all time is the Shrimp and grits. I have been to different marlows at least 12 times. The food has always been fantastic as well as the service. This was a joke. The dinner I have been looking forward and talking up to my friend was pathetic. Shrimp and grits my go to- sauce was broken, overpowering wine flavor, grits has no signature crunch. Some of the shrimp still had tail bits. Plate was twice as hot as any of my food. Cobb salad. -decent lettuce was not as crisp as one would hope be but still good. Brisket Rachel - asked for slaw on the side, came on the sandwich, The service was atrocious, not worth the wait trying to get our food corrected.

  Salad was presented well but ultimately was terrible. The shrimp was dried out and cold. Dressing was under the salad bed? The panini was just as bad. No flavor in the chicken. Cheese didn’t melt 💀 fries were yummy but that’s about it.
