Don’t go unless you’re a comedian as they love to laugh & make fun of you for what you order. I’ve been coming for 3 years now & the service is always fast & accurate but, it comes with the price of being made fun of as a customer. Will never be returning again :(

My Filet-O-Fish only had half a slice of cheese. When I asked for the full slice, they tried to charge me for it. This is ridiculous and a very disappointing experience. 💁🏽👎🏾

Is there a napkin shortage I don’t know about? 😂 I love this McDonald’s and the team here is awesome, but I am begging you: put napkins in the bag! There is nothing more annoying than trying to enjoy world-famous fries behind the wheel and realizing I’m going to have salty fingers for the rest of the trip. Food 10/10, Service 9/10, Napkin game 0/10.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about the service I encountered at the McDonald’s in Dunwoody. On my recent visit, I experienced an unreasonably long wait time of approximately 15 minutes, even though I arrived and placed my order before several other customers. I watched at least ten cars that came after me receive their orders and leave while I was still waiting at the third window.
Additionally, when my order was finally brought out, it was incomplete, and I was not asked about my choice of sauce. This was particularly frustrating as I was on my way to work, and the delay caused a significant inconvenience.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that steps will be taken to ensure better service in the future. Absolutely, horrible service and refuse to give me cash now I’m waiting three days to see if my money goes back on my card. And I’m still hungry for my breakfast!!!!!

This is the third time I come to this location’s drive thru and receive a completely wrong order, and what I ordered was more expensive! Overcharged for disgusting food I don’t even want. Don’t bother coming to this location, or at the very least don’t drive off like I did assuming the people inside know basic order management. Garbage-tier restaurant, this is why McDonald’s is losing their customer base.
