    Ordered pick-up for sandwiches. In the order, asked for names on the sandwiches and for them to be cut in place. Neither of those requests were honored. Overall, sandwiches were okay but an astronomical amount of lettuce on each sandwich, which really took away from the experience.

    This was my first time at this Jimmy John’s location. As a customer for years, this is probably the worst location I’ve been to. I ordered an ultimate porker and chicken bacon ranch through the app about 10 minutes before I arrived. The order was not ready when I got there, but because there was only one person on staff! The staff was super friendly and indeed did everything she could. As she handed me my sandwiches, she let me know the person before her did not prep any lettuce so unfortunately our sandwiches would not have any. I was okay with this, as she offered a free bag of chips in its place. Now that I am home, looking at my sandwiches, they are missing practically everything! We only have meat and bread. I have had to add things from my refrigerator. On one hand, I understand because the poor girl was all alone and probably overwhelmed! On the other hand, I am also very frustrated that I paid over $20 for sandwiches missing tomatoes, mayo, lettuce etc. Overall, this location does not seem to care about the employees and seems very unorganized. I likely will never return. The staff working today definitely deserves a bonus of some sort, definitely a lot for one person.

    The person up front put veggies in my sandwich when I specifically emphasized no veggies. Terrible service.

    Ordered 2 subs and the toppings were all mixed up… paid for extra bacon and not only was the bacon on the wrong sub it was not even extra nor regular.. the guy with pink hair who made the subs apologized and was in the process of remaking the sub but the woman working with him didn’t allow him to remake the subs because she wanted to go home. He fixed what I could see by picking pickles out of the wrong sub etc. but after I got home I realized both sandwiches were missing extra onions my #2 was missing extra lettuce and the turkey sub had almost no turkey and ended up having a ridiculous amount of peppers almost joke like hidden in one side of the sub! Then found even more on the other half lol def the worst jimmy johns experience I’ve ever had. Never had issues whatsoever with any other jimmy John’s before so this was extremely unexpected and unfortunate. My partner was very disappointed with her sub
