  U shouldn’t say no to the Bathroom, specially when I spend $12 dollar in there. I can’t wash my hand because they refuse to let a paying customer use the bathroom. Sad! Never again I will come back, if u order here make sure your hands clean to eat because they refusing for people to wash there hands

  I bought a bacon egg n cheese bagel The bread was harder than a brick wall this is the reason I stopped coming to this location this is not the first time I have old food and not fresh coffee on top of that the workers seem like they don’t want to be there rude and never smiling I started going to the Chamblee location trust me it’s worth it fresh food and the workers are always welcoming

  I was given a gift card so decided to use mobile app and order ahead. $6 deal and 2 doughnuts. The hashbrowns were old barely warm rubbery and only 2 of then. The bagel with bacon egg and cheese must have fallen on the floor where it no doubt was attacked by a honey badger in combat boots. I threw it out the windows and it a pedestrian knocking all his teeth out but good news he used it a spare tire. The doughnuts were hard and cold. Place is abislute garbage. I had $20 left on the card- I cut it up and deleted the app. The absolute worst DD ...ever

  I have been meaning to write a review about this place and the employees that work here for sometime now but have just been so busy with the holidays and things going on, I haven’t gotten a good moment to sit down and write something meaningful. I want to say that I have lived in 6 states, and been to Dunkin’s all over the country, and not one has ever compared to this one. No one is paying me to say this, no one asked me to write this review, I’m doing it because I am blown away by the fast perfect service and by their amazing hospitality!!! JAMES, CHRIS, and ALEX are hands down the SWEETEST and nicest people I have probably ever met. They deserve a RAISE and they deserve to be RECOGNIZED for not only how hard they work, but how much they pay attention to detail, memorize their regulars’ orders, and for their upbeat and positive attitudes! And I definitely don’t want to leave out how much they make me laugh when I come through just by being sweet, kind, funny, and themselves. I want to start out with James who I met first. I would go through the drive-thru all the time and see him daily and one day I was talking into the speaker and had finished ordering and he goes, “no chocolate frosted donut today?!” (I ALWAYS order one) but this day didn’t know if I had a taste for it so I didn’t order it. I could not believe he remembered, and said to him, “you know what, yes throw one in there too, thank you!” James works so hard. He is going to school and slammed with homework and papers to write, he has been sick (he always wears a mask when he is) and through it all, exhausted, sick, he is at work with a smile on his face being warm and kind and making my day as well as everyone else’s I’m sure. His drive, motivation, and personality are just inspiring. He is the first employee I got to know there, and he is literally the reason I continued coming back to this specific location because my order is ALWAYS correct, hot and fresh, and I am always treated with such kindness by him no matter what - whether he’s exhausted, sick, etc. He is an awesome person and an awesome employee and I will be calling Dunkin’ headquarters so that they are aware of this because he needs to be recognized. Next is Chris! When I tell you that I have never met a sweeter man. I would pull up to the window to wait for my order and I see this man every single day working HARD. Working FAST, and working HARD. He is literally ALWAYS moving, and moving FAST. I have been at this location early on weekday mornings, I have been here on slow and lazy weekend afternoons, I have even been here during the evening, and I have not ONCE ever seen this man just standing around - which let me tell you, HE DESERVES TO! He works so hard he DESERVES to stand around. But have I ever seen him doing that? No. This man is always getting these done and putting in the work and it is honestly inspiring to see. He started recognizing my voice and one day he turned around and said, “I thought it was you! How are you doing today?” And that’s how we started talking and being friendly. Now I wave and smile to him whenever I see him, and sometimes exchange a couple words, and he is just so sweet, kind, and honestly, such a gentle soul. He is literally one of the hardest workers I have ever seen and he deserves to be praised and recognized for this. Last but not least is Alex!! He is newer, but he has made an immediate lasting impression on me! You can not NOT notice him and drive away laughing or smiling! He is always laughing, joking, and ALWAYS has the biggest smile on his face. I mean, I have literally never once seen him NOT smiling or cracking a joke! He is always in the BEST mood and brightening people’s days - it amazes me. I look at him and wonder how he is always so happy to be at work hahaha and I laugh because he is just so happy and so full of life every single time I see him and his big smile just automatically puts a big smile on MY face and I’m sure everyone else’s too. He is just such a kind person. I’m out of space and it won’t let me write more but thank you!!!
