I was told that my order would take 15-minutes. We went to the nearest gas station and returned a little over 15 minutes. When I went inside I was told by one employee that the pizza needed 5 more minutes I sat outside for an additional 10 minutes and went back inside to check if the pizza was ready.” And another employee told me one more minute. I informed the manager that my son was experiencing an illness and I would like a refund. The manager looked at me and said “You should be in the hospital, and your not getting a refund because you paid in cash and you might as well wait because your food will be done quicker than a refund that your not getting. To not escalate the situation any further I voiced my frustration with the managers remarks and as I was leaving I was called a derogatory racial slur which I choose not to repeat. I am African American I have never experienced racism and today was the day.

Very inconvenient though I had some where to be, some employees outside talking & hugging. Yet my order is behind. Unacceptable. It's 9:39pm and I'm still outside waiting. Oh never again!
