  Agree with another review here (Seth) that a woman working behind the counter feels rude/annoyed and puts minimal food into bowls. I walked in with nobody there and just the experience felt unpleasant. The dining area tables were not wiped down very well and things seemed a little messy. I sat down and ate my meal there but given the energy of the place I won’t be back. A general note about chipotle…the pricing wasn’t shown for anything on the menu area. The chips are now $2.70 for a handful of chips, some of which weren’t crispy or cooked correctly. So no clear understanding of what the meal will cost until it’s rung up. Seems like more misfires by the brand & probably affects quality of life for the employees as well

  As a customer, you want to be listened to when ordering. Lady was not paying attention, she gave me the rice I asked for, then gave me the wrong kind of beans (I decided to ignore the fact, since I like both) then asked for a double ration of chicken. Got served a little over 1 scoop, then asked explicitly if that was the double ration, then the lady walked away from me without saying a word, went to read something, then got called from the kitchen. Meanwhile, the guy that was fixing other customers orders stepped in, again, asks me if I want “anything else”, I tell him that I was waiting for the lady to respond whether that was a “double chicken”, guy in a off putting way answers… that’s not an item on the menu (while I’m literally saying and pointing at the sign on top of this head that said you can get double protein chicken… anyway he waits for her to get back, she comes back and starts reading from that paper she had, the guy starts serving without asking me if that’s what I wanted, once he’s done putting everything on the plate, lady asks: that’s what you wanted right? I reply… I guess that’s what I’m getting… no apologies, no clarification, no questions asked, just if I want anything else. I ask for a small fountain drink. They DID charge double chicken despite they only gave me a little over a spoonful. The people reflect the business. These people don’t care about the customer. The place was NOT crowded or even busy, there were only 2 people “behind me” (they got served accurately before me) while all this happened. There were no visible issues that needed to be resolved on the outside. There was no urgency or situation that prevented them from allocating 30 seconds to listen to me. What I saw was absolute carelessness for the customer. By the way, there was nobody at the front desk when I walked in, and there were 2 people already waiting in line.

  I stopped by Chase Bank on the way to this chipotle. Grabbed $100 for a week’s worth of meals. Went to this location to get a bowl. Built the bowl and went to checkout. Gave them $20 from the bank. They told me the bill was fake… and that they wouldn’t honor it… I had no credit card on me (rare) and they turned me away. Oblivious customer service with 0 management or situational awareness. I was (literally) there 3-4 times/week spending north of $100/week. I hate writing bad reviews but there’s gotta be some accountability. Sadly, not a chance I return.
